Carol Drysdale

Property Manager

Carol has been with The North Bay Equity Group for 14 years, specializing in commercial real estate, high-end vacation rentals, and real estate sales. Before NBEG, Carol spent seven years with Equity Office Properties, managing over 400,000 square feet of Class A office space and 75 tenants. Before that, she led the Property Management Department at Keegan & Coppin, managing office, industrial, medical, and retail properties. Her extensive experience working with institutional owners gives The North Bay Equity Group a unique level of expertise, professionalism, and understanding of the high standards required to successfully manage commercial assets.

Traci Vincent

Property Manager

Traci brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate and property management experience, with a background spanning property operations, leasing, financial management, construction oversight, and client relations. She served as Administrative Manager at Grubb & Ellis Commercial for more than 10 years and later became a founding member of Orion Partners Commercial.  Throughout her career, Traci has managed a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties throughout the North Bay, including a 92,000-square-foot multi-tenant shopping center. Her hands-on management experience includes lease administration, budgeting and CAM reconciliations, tenant and vendor relations, property maintenance, capital improvements, construction coordination, and financial reporting.  This broad experience gives Traci a strong understanding of both the day-to-day operational needs of commercial properties and the larger financial considerations of ownership.
