Carol Drysdale
Property Manager
Carol has been with The North Bay Equity Group for 14 years, specializing in commercial real estate, high-end vacation rentals, and real estate sales. Prior to NBEG, Carol spent seven years with Equity Office Properties, managing more than 400,000 square feet of Class A office space and 75 tenants. Before that, she led the Property Management Department at Keegan & Coppin, managing office, industrial, medical, and retail properties. Her extensive experience working with institutional owners gives The North Bay Equity Group a unique level of expertise, professionalism, and understanding of the high standards required to successfully manage commercial assets.
Traci Vincent
Property Manager
Traci brings over 30 years of real estate experience spanning residential, commercial leasing and sales, and property management. She began her career in residential real estate before moving into the commercial division with Grubb & Ellis as an Administrative Manager, and later helped launch Orion Partners Commercial as a founding member. For the past 20 years, Traci has focused on property management — overseeing apartments, offices, retail centers, mini-storage, and industrial properties for local investors. She has managed a 92,000-square-foot retail center for the past 13 years, along with several other commercial assets. Her hands-on management experience includes lease administration, budgeting and CAM reconciliations, tenant and vendor relations, property maintenance, capital improvements, construction coordination, and financial reporting. This broad experience gives Traci a strong understanding of both the day-to-day operational needs of commercial properties and the larger financial considerations of ownership. She works closely with owners, tenants, brokers, and vendors to keep properties operating efficiently, address issues proactively, and protect the long-term value of each asset.
